Where can it be applied?
PRP, or Platelet Rich Plasma, can be applied in several areas:
- scalp;
- face;
- neck;
- neckline;
- hands.
Platelet-Rich Plasma is characterized by a high concentration of growth factors, which can be up to five times higher than that found in unmanipulated blood plasma. These factors are crucial for the production of new cells and the synthesis of important proteins, such as collagen and elastin, which are essential for maintaining skin elasticity and firmness.
Therefore, PRP is increasingly used in Aesthetic Medicine procedures, due to its ability to stimulate cell regeneration and improve tissue quality.
