Biography of Dr. Filipa Jácome
Specialist in Angiology and Vascular Surgery
He completed a Master's degree in Medicine, Abel Salazar Institute of Biomedical Sciences (ICBAS). She holds Professional License No. 63920 from Order of Physicians.
He completed his Medical Internship at Specialty of Angiology and Vascular Surgery at the São João University Hospital Center. During this period, he completed an internship at Policlinico di Sant'Orsola-Malpighi (Bologna, Italy) for a month, where he dedicated himself to the practice of minimally invasive endovascular procedures.
He has attended several international courses in vascular diagnosis, surgical techniques, and endovascular procedures. He holds a European Certificate of Competence for vascular Doppler ultrasound.
She works as a Guest Lecturer in the Cardiovascular Diseases Curricular Unit at Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto (FMUP), a position he holds to this day.
He is currently completing the Doctoral Program in Clinical Research and Health Services at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Porto.
